Copper Green Tree is inspired by an early photographic process called the Daguerreotype, where a copper plate was used instead of a negative. The exposures took up to 15 minutes to make, therefore involving lots of movement.
The tree is mesmerising and many faces and animals can be found when staring into it.
The dark green border forms part of the artwork.
